Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is an internationally recognized green building rating system. Managed by the U.S. Green Building Council, this building rating system is completed by on-site or third-party verification. It is available for virtually all building types. LEED provides a framework for health, efficiency, and cost-saving green buildings.
If there is LEED professional credentials actively involved in the project team – LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with the appropriate specialty for the specific LEED rating system, credit will be earned for the project. CMA Testing provides various assessments with LEED AP to assist clients to achieve LEED certification. For example, we provide air quality measurement and water quality assessment. In addition, we offer consultancy to assist clients to achieve energy efficiency such as energy and carbon audit.
