綠建環評 (BEAM)

今時今日,大家在飲,食,住各方面都講求“綠色”生活! 如何將“綠色” 帶進生活? 當香港越來越多高樓大廈,社會大眾日益重視樓宇對環境的影響。綠建環評是香港針對綠色建築於1996年而設立的評估工具。它包括規劃,設計,施工,管理,運作和建築物的維修一系列的措施,並與當地法規,標準和行為守則一致。該方案適用於綠色建築,包括新建築物(NB),現有建築物(EB)以及商舖,寫字樓,零售商店的室內建築(BI),促進“綠色和可持續發展建築”的發展。評估完畢,建築物的用戶將獲發標籤來證明建築物的整體質素。

雖然BEAM屬自願性評估,但擁有綠色建築標籤的建築物更能有效地識別該建築較同類型的建築物對環境的影響較低,比傳統建築物使用的能源,水和物料較少,該綠色建築物可減少溫室氣體的排放,並降低建築物對環境的影響。不僅如此,這可締造建一個更安全,健康,舒適,實用和高效率的建設,得到進一步提升環境質素和提高用戶的滿意度。
